Business address: Na Kopci 1210/10, 460 14 Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, Czech Republic

Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.

Customers and authorised users must not use Strimeta to:

  1. access a community or data without authority;
  2. scrape, evade rate limits or bypass platform permissions/technical restrictions;
  3. sell, license or broker connected-platform personal data;
  4. target advertising using Customer/community personal data;
  5. build prohibited profiles of individual Discord users, identities or relationships;
  6. re-identify data that Strimeta has de-identified;
  7. unlawfully monitor, stalk, harass, dox or discriminate against a person;
  8. process children's, biometric, health, sexuality, precise-location, government-ID or other sensitive data through a feature not explicitly designed and approved for it;
  9. use Strimeta as the sole basis for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, legal, health or similarly significant individual decisions;
  10. introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt service, probe other customers or obtain unauthorised access;
  11. send spam, phishing or unlawful marketing through Strimeta;
  12. violate sanctions, export controls or applicable platform rules;
  13. use message content or API data for AI training where the source platform or law prohibits it.

Strimeta may investigate suspected violations, preserve necessary evidence, limit affected processing and suspend/terminate access proportionately. Where feasible, the Customer will be notified and allowed to remediate unless immediate action is needed for security, law or third-party safety.
