Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.
1. Billing model
Strimeta's standard billing is B2B. Prices, currency, plan limits and billing period are shown in the Order Form or purchase interface. Invoices identify the Provider and required tax details.
2. Payment method
Payment is made by bank transfer to the designated Fio banka account unless an Order Form states another method. Strimeta may automatically reconcile incoming transfers through Fio API using minimum necessary transaction metadata.
Strimeta does not currently accept or store payment-card details.
3. Due dates and failed payment
Invoices are due on the date shown. If an undisputed invoice remains unpaid, Strimeta may send reminders and suspend paid functionality after reasonable notice. Access to export Customer Data should not be unreasonably blocked solely to create lock-in.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Unless a committed Order Form states otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the Service remains available through the already-paid period.
5. Refunds
Prepaid B2B fees are normally non-refundable. Strimeta will refund the unused prepaid affected period where Strimeta terminates without Customer breach or cannot provide a materially contracted feature and no reasonable alternative is offered. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of VAT/GST/sales tax unless explicitly stated. Strimeta may collect tax or require valid business/tax identifiers where law requires. Customer remains responsible for taxes it must self-assess or withhold, except taxes on the Provider's net income.
7. Consumer purchases
The public self-service product is not intended for purchases made primarily for personal/household purposes. If Strimeta later enables consumer plans in a jurisdiction, a separate consumer checkout/terms flow with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, pricing and statutory-guarantee information must be activated before accepting those orders.
