Version: 1.0
Effective date: 9 September 2026
Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.
1. Current product boundary
Strimeta may use deterministic/statistical analytics and may introduce AI-assisted explanations or anomaly detection. The product is not designed to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individual community members.
2. Prohibited/blocked uses
Without a new legal/platform assessment, Strimeta will not launch features that:
- rank individual Discord members into behavioural/risk dossiers;
- infer sensitive traits about individuals;
- make or recommend employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health, legal or similarly significant decisions;
- train general-purpose models on Customer message content;
- use Customer/community personal data for advertising profiles.
3. Human oversight
Where an automated analytic can influence moderation or community management, Strimeta presents it as decision support, documents material limitations and expects a human administrator to review context before action.
4. Feature gate
Any new AI/ML feature handling personal data requires: purpose definition; data mapping; platform-rule review; privacy/DPIA or analogous risk assessment; bias/error testing proportional to impact; retention/security review; regional automated-decision assessment; updated notice where material; and rollback/disable capability.
