Strimeta Data Portability, Switching and Exit Policy

IČO: 21474672
Business address: Na Kopci 1210/10, 460 14 Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, Czech Republic

Version: 1.0
Effective date: 9 September 2026

Status. This is Strimeta's operational legal documentation prepared for launch. Mandatory law prevails over contractual text. Because international privacy, tax, consumer and platform rules change, the regional launch gates and vendor list must be re-checked before entering a new market or materially changing the product.

1. No artificial lock-in

Strimeta will not deliberately make Customer exit dependent on proprietary obstacles that are unnecessary to protect security or third-party rights.

2. Export

During an active subscription and reasonable post-termination exit window, Customer can obtain supported Customer Data and configuration in a commonly used machine-readable format such as CSV and/or JSON. Exports exclude Strimeta source code, trade secrets, security secrets and data Customer is not authorised to receive.

3. Switching assistance

Strimeta will provide reasonable documentation for export fields and connector configuration. Bespoke migration work may be chargeable if agreed in advance, but Strimeta will not impose a fee merely for standard data export. For EU Data Act covered switching, Strimeta will comply with mandatory switching obligations and applicable restrictions on switching charges.

4. Exit period

Unless an Order Form specifies a longer period, Strimeta will keep an export opportunity available for at least 30 days after ordinary termination, subject to security, sanctions and lawful-payment restrictions. After the exit period, deletion proceeds under the Retention Policy.

5. Portability rights of individuals

This Customer export policy is separate from statutory individual portability/access rights. Strimeta will assist Customers with those requests under the DPA.
